This thread feels like PDC's home
I busted my ass to wake up early to go to the gym this morning (I do Crossfit) only to find out it was a "low-key" day. I.e. a recovery day. Which I always hate but w/e. Normally we just do a lot of rowing or light skill work but today we did fucking YOGA.
Now I'm not bashing yoga, but I'm just not built for it and I don't have the breathing skill or mental stamina for it. It was torture.
