This board needs one
Go do leg day with my PT and he can see I'm tired and knows I didn't eat beforehand so he says I only have to do half sets today. Woo! Then after squats, dead lift and leg press he decides I'm not as tired as he thought so made me go back and finish them.
To top it off he stretched my sore as fuck triceps and made me do my post-session cardio. Bastard!
