The Video Game Thread

I got a Wii U a few weeks ago, but haven't used it too much yet.

Just been slowly working my way through Mario Kart 8. It didn't wow me at first, but the controls are a lot tighter than in previous iterations and I really like almost all of the tracks. That said, it is disappointingly easy to get 3 stars on each cup now. You used to have to have to beat second place by a fair amount and use minimal items, but the only requirement now is that you come first all four times. Small niggle though.

I've yet to get online, but I've heard it's pretty awesome.

I upgraded my Wii VC version of Earthbound so I can play it for the first time on the GamePad

I already pre-ordered Super Smash Bros. for the 3DS since I'm too dirt poor (not to mention lazy/busy) to try to get a Wii U

I honestly have my expectations mad low for the new smash. I was so pumped for brawl that I didn't like it as much as I could of.

Has anyone play those two horror games that are like sweeping the nation?

It's like P.T and Five nights at Freedy's.
I played Five nights and that shit is scary. check it you if you have the time I'm sure the demo is free.

So I am playing Fallout 3 for like the millionth time, and I got one of those moments where in VATS I had a high hit percentage, 89%, and all of my shots missed >_<
