Jane - ugh like she's one of those girls who got cast for the show with facial piercings so she could be the "makeover of the season" - diversity casting. I think that kind of thing is totally fine for most reality shows - you don't want clones on a show most of the time - but a modelling competition with any legitimacy (lol @ me trying to make Top Model legitimate) shouldn't be pulling those shenanigans imho. And unfortunately for Jane, it was a huge fail.

She received bad critiques from day dot, with disgustingly average photos - the challenge wins she was involved in - ~conveniently~ were "transformation/makeover" challenges - ofc the totally not-model-looking girl is gonna get rewarded for her efforts when she was likely cast for this exact storyline.

To be honest I'm just annoyed that she made it this far in the rankdown. She was a total waste of space on the show.




One of the worst things with Jane is that she's an example of what NOT to do with model makeovers. Most of the time they'll take a girl with shorter hair and chop it off - pixie cuts are SO IN! However, all this did is turn Jane into a 40-something "eccentric" who belongs on King Street:

okay so Trojan sent me the masterlist for cycle 6 via imgur link and imgur is telling me the link no longer works so... we're gonna have to wait till it comes back or Trojan checks her own list again. :P
